RETURN CONDITIONS :

Any return request must be validated by email

to the following address: retour@lerayonfrais.fr under penalty of being refused.

All returns must be accompanied by the completed return form which is supplied with each order.

All products must be returned in new condition with their original packaging intact.

The packaging is an integral part of the product, make sure that it is well packaged

when returning so that the original packaging is not damaged.

Swimwear and underwear cannot be taken back or exchanged.

DEADLINE TO RETURN AN ARTICLE :

From the day you received your item, you have 14 days to return it.

Once this period has passed, no returns will be accepted.

REIMBURSEMENT AND CREDIT :

The balance of your order will be recredited by paypal or on your credit card

within 15 days of receipt of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Credits are valid for one year from the date of receipt of the return.
